Lauralee grew up in the Fort Bragg/Mendocino area and moved to El Dorado County in 1990. She has been a member of the El Dorado County Association or Realtors since 1991. She is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Agents in the area. Lauralee consistently maintains the reputation of being service-oriented and understanding. Lauralee is a full time agent who lives where she works. Her office is fully staffed with qualified Agents who have over 150 years combined experience.

Lauralee is a Member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the El Dorado County Top Achievers. She obtained her e-PRO designation in 2002. The e-PRO Certification Program establishes a baseline of online competence, and it also introduces its graduates to the best aspects of Online Community... the Internet. There are only 13,000 Realtors who are e-PRO's nationwide. She obtained CRS designation in 2004. Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Requirements are stringent, currently there are just over 34,000 active CRS Designees nationwide out of over One Million Real Estate Agents. Lauralee has also received the ERA Beyond Excellence Award in 2003, 2004 and 2005. She chose a career in Real Estate due to the flexibility of scheduling. Lauralee enjoys traveling a great deal and has been able to visit many different countries due to her flexible schedule. One of her strengths as an agent is good communication with her clients. She strives diligently to keep them informed throughout their transactions and keep the lines of communication open even after the close of escrow in the event they have questions or concerns. She truly loves living in El Dorado County and, despite her love of travel, believes it is the best place on earth, therefore it is not very hard to convince clients that they too need to be a part of her great community.
